About the artists

Vilmòs Csikos obtained his Master degree at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel with great distinction in 2019 and obtained his Pedagogical Master degree at the Royal Conservatory of Mons in 2021. Since 2004, he has been awarded numerous 1st prizes at violin competitions around the world. As a soloist, he has played with various ensembles and orchestras.

Ioana Ionescu received her Master degree for piano at the Hogeschool voor Muziek Codarts in Rotterdam in 2013. In 2025, she obtained a Master degree for piano accompaniment at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels with high distinction. Ioana has won many awards at national and international piano competitions, and has been an active performer for several years.
